Cheddar Curds

If you grew up in rural Wisconsin, one of your fondest memories would be when you “snuck” into the back door of the little cheese factory down the road and were allowed to eat freshly milled and salted Cheddar cheese curd right out of the vat! Although those days are gone, Shullsburg Creamery remembers them because we were that little cheese factory “down the road.” Today, the folks at Shullsburg Creamery have taken special care to bring to market the squeaky, salty Cheddar curd of a bygone era.
