Havarti is a traditional semi-soft cheese with very small holes throughout. It is an interior ripened cheese that is rindless, smooth, and has a cream to yellow color. Havarti has a butter aroma and taste, and can be somewhat sweet. The added dill perfectly compliments the taste of the cheese.
