Cranberries are a Wisconsin tradition so we had to mix them into our Cheddar cheese; and then we added just the right amount of Chipotle Peppers. We know that our Cheddar is the real taste you crave so we added enough cranberry and chipotle so as to enhance the true Cheddar flavor.
