We will do our best to ship your product in a timely manner, packaged appropriately to ensure freshness. To do this many of our products are shipped with a cold pack in its packaging. The use of type of packaging is determined by the location of destination, the season of the year and the distance of travel. Longer traveling distance, hotter times of the year and hotter temperature states will require one or more cold packs to ensure prevention or product spoilage. We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Shipments may not be made immediately if an obstructing weekend or holiday will prevent your product arriving in good condition. If this is the case, we may contact you. Also if you have chosen an expedited shipping method and a holiday or weekend will prevent an on-time fast, delivery, we will contact you to alert you.
